Info for Incoming Freshmen
Welcome to Moody High School.
Between various courses, numerous extra-curriculars, and new-found responsibilities, high school can be a wild ride at times. I encourage you to pursue your interests, challenge yourself, and think creatively in order to become lifelong learners. This pursuit will not always be easy, but you will be successful with self-motivation, responsible choices and hard work.

Needed Materials (daily)
- Writing Utensil (pencil, blue or black ink pen)
- 1" Three-Ring Binder (2" too big to haul around, 1/2" too small for materials)
- Composition Notebook (provided by the school)
- School-issued Chromebook (charged and working)
- Independent Reading Book
Students are responsible for maintaining their own academic materials and athletic equipment. These items cannot be stored in the classroom. If a backpack is not sufficient, a personal locker can be assigned through Mrs. Stacey Hubbard in the front office.
