The Texas Department of State Health Services urges you to obtain necessary vaccines at the earliest possible time to avoid the back to school rush. For information on where you can take your child for free or reduced cost vaccines you can call 2-1-1. This 3-digit toll free number provides information on health and social services in our area. You may also call the Immunization Branch Customer Service number 1-800-252-9152 if you need additional information.
Your child must have their current vaccinations and shot records by the first day of school for the 2022-2023 school year. If they are not current, they will be sent home until they show proof that they are current. This is to protect all of the students at Moody ISD.
