Aug 17-19 (Mon-Wed) 5:55am Practice. Weights from 3:35-4:20pm.
Aug 20 (Thur): 6:30pm Scrimmage vs Holland (Varsity & JV)
Aug 21 (Fri): 3:35-5:30pm Film (Varsity Only)
Aug 22 (Sat): Off
From this point on:
Mon-Wed = 5:55am Practice. Weights 3:35-4:20pm M/T/TH for Varsity; M/T for JV (Fri during the period)
Sat = (Varsity Only) 9:00am Weights. 9:30-11:00am Film.
