Attention: 1st Day of Practice is Monday, Aug. 5th
 
Must have a cleared medical physical on file to practice.
August 5th: Show up at Field House by 6:30am!
Bring cleats and athletic shoes (for weight room).
Practice will be from 7:00am - 10:00am every day until school starts.

Wed. July 17: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football)
Thur. July 18: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football)
 
Week 6:
Mon. July 22: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football)
Tue.  July 23: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football) 
Wed. July 24: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football)
Thur. July 25: 8-9am Weights; 9-10am (football)
 
From July 29th (Monday) through August 2nd (Friday), you may come up to the field house and get fitted for helmet and shoulder pads. 
 
Monday, August 5th = 1st Day of Football Practice!!!
 
Mon. August 5th: Show up at Field House by 6:30am. Practice 7:00-10:00am.
Tue.  August 6th: Practice 7:00-10:00am
Wed. August 7th: Practice 7:00-10:00am
Thur. August 8th: Practice 7:00-10:00am
Fri.   August 9th: Practice 7:00-10:00am
Sat.  August 10th: (Game Field) Practice 8:00-9:00am. Green/Gold Scrimmage 9:00-10:00am
                              Must have practiced all 5 days in order to participate in the Scrimmage.
Mon. August 12th: Practice 7:00-10:00am
Tue. August 13th: First Day of School. Practice will now be after school and end around 6:00pm.
