Lab: Homemade Whipped Cream & Pumpkin Pie Dip
Student using handheld electric mixer to make whipped creamTo start off our Conversions & Yields cooking lab, students adjusted large-scale recipes by converting each recipe measurement. Homemade Whipped cream was made using heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
Using the homemade whipped cream, students continued on to make Pumpkin Pie Dip and sliced apples for dipping.
