Welcome to the 2023 - 2024 school year!

 

 

 

I am excited to be entering my tenth year as a Bearcat!  I love Moody, our school, and all the students, staff, and community members that pass through our doors.  My husband is a retired nurse and Army veteran and together we have ten children, ages 20 - 31, and sixteen grandchildren.  We love to fish, cook, binge TV series, and just have fun together. Our younger children grew up on the stage in various local community theatre productions so I am looking forward to teaching theatre arts again.  I have taught every level from Pre-K through 12th grade, and this year will be my eighth year working with juniors and seniors.  Even though both English 3 and 4 will strengthen grammar and writing skills, the literature for the two classes is very different.  English 3 focuses on American Literature while English 4 deals with British Literature.  Let's all strive to work hard but have fun while doing it this year!
